Role:
      ? Build a lasting and meaningful relationship with suppliers and service providers in order to establish a positive, profitable and enduring collaboration, co-operation and contract negotiation.
      ? Come up with new ideas concerning the size, shape and colour of packaging.
      ? Implement and monitor activities so that all requirements of packing procedures and packing standards are met at all times.
      ? Work in accordance with the latest developments in domestic and international packaging standards and procedures.
      ? Evaluate the production, quality or packaging of goods in great detail in order to ensure compliance with the quality standards of the producer.
      ? Develop creative ideas for materials, packaging formats and printing technologies.
      ? Apply safe and healthy packaging policies; maximise the use of recycled or renewable source materials; implement clean production technologies.
      ? Apply and supervise measures and regulations concerning security and safety in order to maintain a safe environment in the workplace.
      
      Requirements:
      ? Diploma / Degree holder in any disciplines
      ? 8 years merchandising and production experience in packaging
      ? with solid experience in packaging for apparel, luxury, cosmetic, watch, jewellery and Wine is an assets
      ? With technical knowledge of packaging, mainly paper packaging
      ? With previous experience gained from factory is prefered
      ? Responsible for projects follow up from sampling to production
      ? Liaise with overseas clients and factory independently
      ? Good leadership skills and able to leading a small team
      ? Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
      ? Willing to travel to China frequently
